I built an Excel-based invoice tracking system with a user-friendly interface that feeds data into automated backend sheets. Users enter invoice details through a clean UI, and with one click, data is logged, calculations are triggered, and deadlines are tracked automatically. The system computes totals, bonuses, and expiration timelines using built-in formulas and logic—streamlining invoicing while reducing manual input and error.

For this projcet I automated and optimized Excel-based client reporting, that led to cutting report prep time from 1 hour to just 20 minutes.
I built a smart system using formulas and conditional formatting to track keyword rank changes visually and instantly. I also used Visual Basic to automate tallying key metrics, eliminating repetitive tasks and improving accuracy. This transformed a manual, error-prone workflow into a fast, reliable reporting tool.

I built a lead generation system using Google Sheets and Seamless.AI to automate client research and outreach. By leveraging =IMPORTXML, I scraped company websites to extract names, URLs, and phone numbers. I then enriched this data with decision-maker contact details via Seamless.AI, creating a streamlined workflow for identifying and contacting decision-makers efficiently.
